The new immersive experience lands in Germany
The performances of “Il Mondo di Giulia” produced in early 2017 for Italia’s Got Talent, impressed the editors of the German TV show Das Supertalent broadcast on German network RTL
The invitation received from the editors of the program was accepted with great enthusiasm by the XCube3D team. The desire to give the project a new personality, prompted us to propose a different team involving also one of our German performers, Yannis.
In the concept design, designed for Das Supertalent, we included the introduction of new performers and a new narrative interpretation, working on the reworking of 3D graphic and choreography, thus giving new life to the project.
The desire to amaze, during the live performance of the last transmission, prompted us to undertake a new challenge by using multiple levels of projection, capable of further transforming the viewer’s perception of reality, designing a self-supporting structure on which performers could interact with 3D projection.
For the first issue the storyline was dedicated to the theme of family. Once again the common thread is the love that envelops everything in a embrace. The power of interaction with digital animation helps to make the feeling of this bond tangible and catalyse emotions about the strong message being portrayed.
The second performance focuses on the dualism between good and evil, fairy tale and reality and between strength and grace. The underlying theme is always love, the universal one, that wins every adversity and hurdle to bring the hearts together.
The final program was televised live and we designed a completely new performance inspired by the stories of Nordic tradition; we transported the audience to a magic fairy tale setting made of characters and atmosphere that take us back to the fantastic world of ice legends.
